 The Base CRM app is exceptionally easy to use, especially the process for setting up access privileges. Since it works on various platforms – web or mobile; Android, iPhone, Windows phone, iPads or android tablets, it promises to have even enterprise users up and running in hours with a simple yet powerful solution.

The app is also surprisingly easy to set up and use.  Some mobile features are very cool, such as the ability to make and receive phone calls directly within Base CRM to facilitate tracking, recording and logging all calls. Base CRM displays all information in an easy to read and easy to work with format on both small and large screens.

Sign-up will take a few minutes. Shortly after signing up, you will receive an email listing nine start-up tasks with links to help you through them. Within minutes, you can import contacts and start installing the app on all your mobile devices.

As with many other applications, Base is much easier to use on a huge computer monitor, than it is on a 4 inch smartphone touchscreen. Whatever you can easily see in one convenient view on a desktop would be split to 3 different screens on a phone.

 Perhaps the only disadvantage is that the app is not free. Depending on how much storage you need, prices range from USD 15 to $125. With serious issues in pricing, this service may fail to be a long-term solution for individual users, nor would it adequately meet the needs of very large organisations. But before plunking down your dollars, you can avail of its 14-day free trial.

All in all, Base CRM is a helpful and easy to use mobile CRM solution. Not cheap, but hey, one has to pay a price for the developers to constantly improve on its already great service and features.  Base CRM is definitely worth checking out.
